Want to know an easy and quick way to stop negative thoughts? Plus improve your mental health?

Then, please keep reading to learn:

๐Ÿ‘‰ The one thing you must do in your 20s to strengthen your mental health โ€” takes 5 minutes or less.

๐Ÿ‘‰ How to train your brain to be more positive and reduce anxiety and stress.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Plus 5 secret questions to inspire you to think positively.

Your 20s are the perfect time to strengthen your mind. And train it to be more positive. Because the way our brains develop in our 20s can impact us for the rest of our lives.

And, one of the easiest and simplest ways is to write down 3 things you’re grateful for each day.

In fact, writing a gratitude list is one of my non-negotiable daily habits to keep my mental health strong and stop negative thoughts in their tracks. I do it first thing every morning (actually…coffee’s first, journalling second ๐Ÿ˜‰) for 5 minutes.

And, you know what? This daily practice teaches your mind to develop a positive attitude! As you consciously and regularly spot the positives, neurons in your brain fuse โ€” and literally rewire ๐Ÿ˜ฒ your mind to see the positive! And in turn, reduce negative thoughts, anxiety and stress.

To help you spot the positives in your life, here are 5 Qs to inspire you:

๐Ÿ’ญ What can I see, hear, smell or touch that I’m grateful for?

๐Ÿ’ญ Who do I appreciate from my past or present?

๐Ÿ’ญ What am I looking forward to today or soon?

๐Ÿ’ญ What did I enjoy yesterday?

๐Ÿ’ญ Which part of my body am I thankful for?

Now, it’s time for action. Grab a notebook and use these questions to write down 3 things you’re grateful for. It’ll take you 5 minutes or less. Then bookmark this post to refer back to whenever you need some inspiration!
