Years ago, I desperately wanted to look and feel better in myself.

Lighter. Happier. Healthier. Fitter. 

Ultimately, I wanted to feel more confident. In my mind. My Body. Myself. 

The problem? Being healthy was hard. And I never had enough time for it. 

I’d eat convenience food and mindlessly snack. I’d have no energy or motivation to exercise. I could never stick to a healthy routine. And I’d constantly overthink and get stuck in negative thought spirals. 

One day though — when I’d had enough — I made a life-changing decision to learn all I could about health, happiness, psychology and human behaviour.

And over the years, I’ve tested and applied everything I’ve learnt to create a healthy lifestyle I love. One where I feel happy, confident and in control. Mentally. Emotionally. Physically. 

I share this because it’s why I do what I do. Helping kind, hard-working, ambitious women, like you, change the way you feel about yourself — inside and out.
