Me too. Especially when I’ve been sitting at my dining room table for over an hour. Sending emails. Typing up notes. Updating plans.

I stand up. Ask Alexa to play Taylor Swift, Shake It Off. And dance like no one’s watching — because they’re not (unless you’re in the office 😜). 

It might feel embarrassing at first, but push past your worry of looking silly. Because in 3 minutes, your energy shifts. 

You’ll feel lighter. More motivated. More clear-headed. More positive. More you.

Your energy matters. A LOT. It affects how you feel in your mind and body, how successful you are at work, and if you actually enjoy your life — not just survive it.

That’s why simple tools like this 3-minute dance break are so powerful. They’re not silly or a waste of time. They’re essential for protecting your energy and wellbeing throughout the day.

And when you take care of your wellbeing, everyone wins. It makes you a better YOU — which makes you a better partner, dog mum, friend, daughter, sister and colleague.
