This 1-minute habit gave me calmer mornings, more energy and an extra half hour to myself.
You’ll LOVE it too, if you want to…
- Reduce overwhelm, overthinking and feelings of not being good enough.
- Feel lighter, more content and in control.
- Find 15 to 30 minutes for yourself every morning, guilt-free.
The best bit? It’s not something else you “need to do”.
And it’s so easy you can start today.
I’ve been doing it for months now and feel so much better — mentally, emotionally and physically.
So here it is…
Stop using your phone as your alarm — and keep it out of sight for the first hour of your day. (I’ve found this easier to achieve when you leave your phone on the other side of your bedroom or in a drawer!)
No social media comparison. No demotivating internet binges. No stressful messages.
Sounds good, doesn’t it? So, why not try it for a week? Call it an experiment. Then, next Wednesday, see how you feel. And decide if you want to keep doing it.
Curious if this simple change will give you back 15 to 30 minutes every morning? Take a look at your screentime in your phone settings. Did it surprise you, too?
Now imagine everything you could do with your extra time…
- Start gratitude journaling
- Meditate
- Go on a walk with your partner and pup
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Do an exercise class on YouTube
- Plan your day
- Finally finish reading The Girl on the Train
All the things you wish you had time for, right? So, why not try this 1-minute habit today? So you can feel the benefits first thing tomorrow!
On the subject of all the things you want to do, can I ask you something? Are you sick of feeling overwhelmed?
If so, be sure to download my free guide below.
Now, it’s time to take action on what you’ve just read. Because action leads to change. So, tell me, are you going to give this simple tip a try over the next week? Let me know at becky@beckyholliday.com. I’d love to hear from you.
With love,
