3 Things You Need to Do to Feel Fitter, Healthier, Lighter — for FREE

Last week, I caught an awful bug that kept me in bed a day. Had me in the kitchen making batches of my natural healing tonic another day. And forced me to make the sensible — but hard for me — decision to skip my exercise routine until I felt like me again.

Why am I telling you this? Because I’m never ill. Which makes me a terrible patient when I am 😉. And got me thinking…

I’m SO grateful I feel fit and strong in my mind and body 99% of the time.

Your health really is the foundation of everything. Your happiness. Mindset. Confidence. Self-development. Relationships. Career.

It also got me thinking how much easier it is to focus on both work AND a healthy lifestyle, when I stick to simple daily habits.

Want to know what else I realised? Lots of my healthy habits are FREE — or nearly free.

Here’s 3 of my favs:

#1 Journaling

This is a great way to reduce emotional overeating, stop negative thought spirals and feel lighter in minutes. Struggling with the concept of journaling? Start by writing one thing you’re grateful for at the top of your to-do list every day.

#2 Walking in Nature

This is an easy way to exercise regularly and improve your fitness — especially if you often feel unmotivated. And a great way to calm and clear your mind after a busy day. Struggling to prioritise exercise over work? Make your evening dog walk a “no excuses” daily commitment with your partner. It’ll give you the accountability you need to create some work-life balance.

#3 Drinking Water

This is one of the simplest ways to reduce tiredness, a foggy head, sugar cravings and mindless eating. AND the best kept anti-ageing secret! Struggling to drink enough? Keep a bottle or glass of water on your desk. All. The. Time. And you’ll automatically drink more.
