Health Rituals I Love — 2 Simple Ways to Feel Good Inside & Out

What do your workday mornings look like?

Pre-2025… mine began with a Les Mills exercise class. The problem…? I had to talk myself into doing it. A LOT.

So, this year, we tried something new. Coffee and a walk — with Baylee 🐶 — first! Followed by a 30-minute cardio or strength class.

Honestly, it’s the best decision we’ve made in years!

Here’s the other ritual I’ve loved: Eating food in the “right order”. Vegetables first. Proteins and fats, second. Carbs, fruit and sugar last. 

Studies show it reduces energy spikes that cause tiredness, low moods and cravings. And in turn, gives you more energy and a clearer mind — without having to give up any of your favourite foods.

You won’t eat your Christmas dinner the same way again 🤭.

Feeling good on the inside AND looking good on the outside starts with small changes like these. 

In the moment, it doesn’t feel like they’re making a difference — does it? But trust me, they add up. And before you know it, you’ve changed. 

You’re finally being the person you want to be — happy, healthy and confident in who you are and how you look.
