
Your days are your life in miniature.
At least, that’s how I think about it.
What you do today is creating who you’ll become weeks, months, years from now. The thoughts you listen to. The food you eat. The actions you take.
That’s why I’ve spent time and effort building positive rituals into my days. Because — even though they don’t tell you this — persistence and consistency is how you achieve what you want.
So, in the hope these inspire you to create your own, here’s 6 of my favourites:
- Have 2 glasses of water first thing — yes, before my coffee!
- Stretch (learn 5 surprising benefits here)
- Eat a tasty and nutritious breakfast — usually overnight oats
- List 3 things I’m grateful for
- Read at least 1 page of a non-fiction book
- Go on a walk with my partner, Phil and our cute pup, Baylee

These are non-negotiable daily habits I really look forward to and enjoy.
They’ve taken time and effort to create. But are SO worth it because they’re now fundamental to my happiness, health and what I want to achieve.
If you’re anything like me, you know who you want to be. So add into your routine — one by one — rituals that’ll make you feel good and help you become that better version of YOU.
As you do them consistently, you’ll notice all the positive changes they bring to your life. More joy. More calm. More focus. More energy. More confidence.
