A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
Born in Cumbria, near the Lake District, I’ve lived here most of my life — except for a brief stint in Scotland in my early teens! I now live with my partner Phil and our cute Cockerpoo Baylee in our dream home that we renovated nearly a decade ago.

I love coffee, good food (especially crumble!), flowers, walking no matter the weather, reading and learning new things, and spending time with those I love the most.
I strongly believe in the power of building simple, healthy habits into your life — to help you become the person you know you can be — mentally, emotionally and physically.
You won’t find any “rules”, quick fixes or deprivation here. I’m all about long-term sustainable success — feeling happier and healthier for good in the context of your real, sometimes messy, life — and learning to love who you are inside and out.
Because, let’s be honest, how much has “being good”, getting at yourself and self-criticism worked for you so far? It didn’t work for me, so I’m going to assume it hasn’t worked for you.
So, let’s try something different together — let’s build small, simple and sustainable healthy habits into your life so that over time you can become (and stay as) the person you want to be.
