I’m a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, on a mission to help women like you, be as confident, happy and healthy as possible — on your terms.
I’ve had an interest in and love of all things health, nutrition and wellness for over a decade and it’s changed my life.
So, I now help women eat healthier, exercise more and feel better mentally and physically so they can finally be the person they want to be — the best version of themselves they can imagine in their minds, but keep quitting — until now.
To be more specific, I help women be MORE:
- Confident and strong mentally, physically and emotionally (to look and feel good inside and out).
- Happy with themselves and what they do (no more guilt around those unhelpful thoughts and behaviours).
- Healthy without dieting, ‘rules’ or feeling deprived (lose weight and let go of food and exercise confusion for good).

A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
Born in Cumbria, near the Lake District, I’ve lived here most of my life — except for a brief stint in Scotland in my early teens (where I met two of my best friends). I now live with my partner Phil, and our cute Cockerpoo Baylee, in our dream (and cosy) home that we renovated nearly a decade ago — and that I’m so grateful for.
I love coffee, good food, flowers, walking no matter the weather, reading and learning new things, and spending time with those I love the most.
I strongly believe in the power of building simple healthy habits into your life — to help you become the person you know you can be — mentally, emotionally and physically. To help you eat better, exercise better, feel better and ultimately live better every day.
So, you won’t find any diets, “rules”, quick fixes or deprivation here. I’m all about long-term sustainable success — losing weight for good in the context of your real (sometimes messy) life and learning to love who you are inside and out. Because, let’s be honest, how much has ‘being good’, restricting yourself and self-criticism worked for you so far? It didn’t work for me, so I’m going to assume it hasn’t worked for you either. So, let’s try something different together — let’s build small, simple and sustainable healthy habits into your life so that over time you can become (and stay as) the person you want to be.
