More About Me…
Born in Cumbria, near the Lake District, I’ve lived here most of my life — except for a brief stint in Scotland in my early teens. I now live with my partner Phil and our cute Cockerpoo, Baylee, in our dream home — just outside Carlisle — that we renovated nearly a decade ago.

I love coffee, good food (especially apple crumble!), flowers, walking, reading, and spending time with those I love most.
I strongly believe in the power of mindset shifts, healthy habits, and consistent daily action to help you become the person you truly want to be and achieve anything you want.
You won’t find any “rules” or quick fixes here. I’m all about long-term sustainable confidence and success — feeling happier and healthier for good in the context of your real, sometimes messy, life — and learning to love who you are inside and out.
Because, let’s be honest, how much has getting at yourself and self-criticism worked for you so far? It didn’t work for me, so I’m going to assume it hasn’t worked for you.
So, let’s try something different together — let’s focus on simple, sustainable changes that lead to results that last — so you can become (and stay as) the person you want to be.
