The #1 Way to Start Your Day for More Energy & Motivation

It was 6.15am. I’d made myself a black filter coffee. Phil a tea with milk. And for our pup, Baylee? I’d grabbed a small handful of mini dog bones!

Wrapped up in my black thermal leggings, bobble hat and puffer jacket, we headed outside for our 30-minute walk. 

It was frosty. Calm. Just starting to get light. And you could see both the sun rising and the full moon setting at the same time.

My first thought? I. LOVE. THIS.

Being in nature. Having time to think. Chatting with my favourite person. Enjoying every sip of coffee distraction-free. No phone. No to-do list. No pressure.

It’s the best way to start — and make the most of — every single day. 

It wakes you up. Gives you energy. Clears your mind. Helps you clarify your thoughts. Reduces stress and overwhelm. Keeps you fit and healthy. Grounds you. Makes you feel peaceful. And even improves your relationships.

I bring this up because it got me thinking how much one thing can impact you. Your mind. Your body. Your personal life. Your career. And even your finances.
